Welcome to Rebel in Thigh Highs. By booking a session, using our website, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. Services Provided
Rebel in Thigh Highs offers professional boudoir photography services. Specific details of each session (time, location, deliverables, pricing) will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable retainer [insert % or amount] is required to secure your session date.
- Final payment is due [insert timeline – e.g., prior to the session, at session date, or before delivery of images].
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services and withholding of images.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Retainers are non-refundable.

4. Image Usage & Copyright

- Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited without written consent.
- Model release for portfolio, website, or marketing use will be obtained separately and is always optional.
5. Client Conduct
- Sessions are strictly for adults (18+). Valid photo ID may be required.
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. The photographer may end a session without refund if inappropriate conduct occurs.
6. Editing & Deliverables
- The photographer maintains creative control over editing style.
- Only professionally edited images will be delivered. Raw/unedited files are not provided.
- Delivery timelines will be communicated in advance (e.g., [insert weeks] after the session).
7. Limitation of Liability
- While every effort is made to provide high-quality results, Rebel in Thigh Highs is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., equipment failure, weather, illness).
- In the unlikely event services cannot be provided, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
8. Privacy & Communication
- We respect your privacy and will never share images without your written permission.
- By providing your contact details, you consent to receive service-related communications, including SMS reminders (with opt-out options per our Privacy Policy).
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

By booking or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
